To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team within the specified return period. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization number.
Restock availability depends on the specific product. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or created in limited editions, which may not be reproduced once sold out. For items eligible for restock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page.
